At Europesnus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
